Here at Mandens we are open and operating as usual throughout lockdown 2.0. 

In line with government guidance, providing social distancing and other Covid measures are adhered too, such as masks and hand washing, viewings and moving properties can carry on as usual. Solicitors firms are still working and banks are starting to look more favourably on commercial mortgages again. 

The government has been very clear about wanting to keep the property market moving and with takeaways being one of very few business that have done very well through the pandemic demand is strong at the moment.
